Ukraine Military Chief Says Battle Situation in East ‘Significantly Worsened’

Since Joe Biden entered the oval office in January of 2021, the 46th president has presided over a period of unprecedented chaos and turmoil at both the domestic and international levels of international politics. Over 5 million illegal migrants are estimated to have crossed the intentionally porous U.S. southern border under Bidens watch, threatening national security. Working class families have been forced to grapple with record levels of inflation not seen in decades as the cost of living continues to rise. Internationally, foreign adversaries of the United States like Russia and China have been emboldened, acting aggressively in global affairs in the face of incompetent and weak leadership from the White House.

It is not only President Biden who has set the stage for instability over the last several years. Presiding over the calamity at the U.S. southern border, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has been criticized by members of the media and Republican politicians for his conduct while heading the department. On Wednesday, September 6th, several high ranking Republicans penned a letter to Mayorkas and the director of the FBI, Christopher Wray. The letter demanded information regarding reports that a smuggler tied to the middle eastern terrorist group ISIS crossed the southern border. These migrants, like many others, take advantage of the nation’s weak asylum rules to gain entry into the country. In another related report by the Daily Caller, federal officials have deemed nearly 75,000 illegal migrants that have entered the country as potential national security risks, demonstrating clearly the failure of policies at the border.

In Europe, the war in Ukraine continues to rage on as Russia continues to substantially weaken Ukrainian forces. The reality of the matter is that Ukraine is outnumbered substantially and no amount of money from the United States will change the reality that the country will be hard pressed to defeat Russia. One Ukrainian chief said the situation is worsening.
