Israel Halts Military Action For Ramadan

Israel, according to President Joe Biden, has agreed to pause its battle with Hamas militants in the Gaza Strip and cease military strikes throughout Ramadan.

This is to facilitate the safe release of hostages. The ball is now in Hamas’s court. Israel has agreed to a 6-week truce, the release of children, women, and elderly hostages.

On NBC’s “Late Night with Seth Meyers,” Biden brought up the fact that Israel had consented to the evacuation of Palestinians from Rafah in the southern part of Gaza before ramping up its efforts to eradicate Hamas.

The holy month of Ramadan is expected to begin on March 10 and conclude on April 9.

Biden discussed the possibility of better relations with Israel’s neighbors and the Palestinians establishing their state as the outcome of a short-term truce. He said that he had been working with Qatar. Additionally, he said that a two-state solution might be achieved by establishing a temporary ceasefire, which would guarantee the security of Israel and the independence of the Palestinians.

According to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, however, there will be no two-state solution in Israel.

As a result of his unwavering support for Israel and the high number of civilian casualties among Palestinians, Democratic re-election candidate Joe Biden has seen his usual base among young Americans and progressives leaning to the left dwindle.

Countless defenseless people are being slaughtered.

The majority of countries have shown their support for Israel, but they run the danger of losing support on a global scale if this keeps on. And that is at odds with what Israel wants.

The president of the United States has expressed concern that Israel may become isolated internationally.

The U.S. has begun airlifting resources into Gaza, bypassing Hamas and delivering directly to the people.

Hamas has notoriously confiscated aid for the citizens and kept the goods for themselves.
