Over the last 3 years, the economic, social, cultural and political situation within the United States and at the global level has truly deteriorated. Since the 46th president of the United States Joe Biden became the Commander in Chief of the union in early 2021, he has governed in a highly questionable manner. In nearly every aspect of political policy, Biden and his administration have governed in ways that many experts on economic and foreign political policy say weakens the appearance of America. Biden has allowed over five and a half million illegal migrants (and probably more) to enter the nation in just 3 years, after reversing many of his predecessor Donald Trump’s effective border policies that had truly mitigated the effects of illegal migration. Biden continues to do nothing to address the problem as tens of thousands of migrants continue to enter the country on a daily basis from places all over the world; individuals from Iran who are on the terrorist watch list were apprehended.
Economically, Biden policies have undoubtedly had an adverse effect on the American middle class. Inflation reached levels in late 2022 that had not been witnessed in over 40 years since the 1970s. Over 60% of American citizens are estimated to be living paycheck to paycheck, and many are going deeper and deeper into debt just to make ends meet. Homes and residential prices have skyrocketed to such an extent that it is estimated that for median income families home ownership is unaffordable.
Internationally, the situation in the Middle East has become increasingly dire as the Muslim terrorist group Hamas continues to battle with Israel in Gaza. Hamas has ties to Iran, as do other rebels known as the Houthis in Yemen. They have attacked American and western nations shipping in the region. Biden has failed to act, and a retired lieutenant Colonel called his policy “appeasement”. The threat of world war is real.
