MAGA Under Attack Again

A Florida man with a history of mental health problems has been arrested after making violent threats against President Donald Trump on social media. Kendal Aaron Todd, 42, posted a disturbing 80-second video where he challenged Trump to a “fight me naked to the death” and threatened to “cut Trump up with a chainsaw and put him in acid.”

The St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office worked with the U.S. Secret Service to quickly execute a search warrant after Todd’s threatening posts were flagged. Authorities found two handguns at Todd’s residence in Fort Pierce, Florida, and immediately took action to neutralize the threat to the President’s safety.

Severe Mental Health Issues

St. Lucie County Sheriff Richard Del Toro revealed that authorities had been monitoring Todd for over a week before his arrest.

“We had a risk protection order for Mr. Todd; we’ve been watching him for several days,” Del Toro stated, adding that “He just kept escalating his behavior.”

Todd is currently being held on a $500,000 bond for charges of “written threats to kill or do bodily harm.” According to court records, Todd has previously been treated under Florida’s Baker Act, which allows for involuntary mental health examination, and a relative reported he had expressed “suicide by cop” ideations.

“The investigation revealed that Todd posted threatening messages on his public social media page, in which he expressed intentions to cause bodily harm to President Donald Trump,” Sheriff’s officials explained in their statement. Florida’s “red flag” law was used to temporarily seize Todd’s firearms after he showed clear signs of potential violence.

Todd reportedly became increasingly combative when deputies attempted to deliver civil paperwork to his home in the days leading up to his arrest. He is the brother of Tricia Todd, who was murdered by her ex-husband in 2016, adding another tragic element to this disturbing case.

A risk protection order against Todd will remain in place until a hearing scheduled for March 24.

It seems like Trump will never truly be safe.
