Wave of Anti-Tesla Terrorism Sweeps Nation
Attorney General Pamela Bondi has taken decisive action against a coordinated campaign of domestic terrorism targeting Elon Musk’s Tesla. The Department of Justice announced charges against three individuals responsible for separate arson attacks on Tesla properties across the United States.
These attacks are part of a disturbing pattern that includes incidents in Oregon, Colorado, South Carolina, and most recently, North Dakota. The violence is undoubtedly politically motivated, with several incidents featuring anti-Trump messages left at crime scenes. In a New York incident, a Nazi swastika was sprayed onto a Tesla vehicle.
North Dakota Attack Shows Escalating Tactics
The most recent attack occurred at a Tesla charging station in Fargo, North Dakota, where arsonists left behind a gas can, providing valuable evidence to investigators. Firefighters responding to the scene discovered burned wood chips and confirmed the fire was intentionally set.
Investigators found that power had been deliberately cut to all chargers at the site, indicating a planned and coordinated assault rather than random vandalism. The methodical nature of the attack prompted authorities to deploy a K9 unit as part of their investigation into what they’re treating as domestic terrorism.
The North Dakota incident joins a growing list of attacks including Molotov cocktails thrown at a Tesla Collision Center in Las Vegas and Cybertrucks set ablaze in Kansas City. In Seattle, a Model S was torched, while in Lynnwood, Washington, six Cybertrucks were vandalized with profanity and swastikas.
DOJ Cracking Down on Anti-Tesla Violence
The Department of Justice has made it clear that the attacks will not be tolerated, with Attorney General Bondi taking a hard stance against the perpetrators. Each defendant faces serious charges carrying penalties ranging from a minimum of five years to a maximum of 20 years in federal prison.
One defendant in Salem, Oregon, was armed with a suppressed AR-15 rifle when he threw approximately eight Molotov cocktails at a Tesla dealership. Another in Loveland, Colorado, attempted to light Teslas on fire and was caught with materials for making additional incendiary weapons.
The third charged individual in Charleston, South Carolina, wrote profane messages against President Trump at Tesla charging stations before setting them on fire.
